Today I finally got around to making a chicken pot pie. I've been wanting to make these for years! I cheated on the crust and used puff pastry, but it tasted really buttery so it was good. The filling is really easy. It's just canned chicken, canned peas, frozen mixed vegetables and cream of chicken soup. Yum!
