I woke up this morning and I was so sad it was Monday! But I was also terribly happy that I took this mini blueberry pie out of the freezer the night before. It made Monday morning not sooo bad. =)

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie!
This is a secret family recipe from the Crozier family. It turned out beautifully and it makes me sad that you can't find rhubarb year round.
